Welcome to the UnitedSpeed regulations
To make sure it stays fair, we have set up a few rules.
By entering the server you automatically accept them.
Ignorance does not protect against punishment.
Important! It is your responsibility to know the rules and regulations.
An admin is not obliged to inform you of a rule violation before a penalty is imposed.
To report a rule break, open a ticket in Discord. In order to process a case properly, we need evidence in the form of a video or screenshot that clearly proves the violation.
1.1 - Actually you only need one rule. "Fair play". Fair play is a big word, which makes everything self-evident. Always ask yourself whether your action is fair to your fellow player.
Nevertheless, we have written a few more points for you so that in the end you don't end up saying, "That's not in there" or "I didn't know that". Because ignorance does not protect against exclusion from the community if the rules are broken.
2.1 It is prohibited that any program and/or tool gives an advantage over others.
2.2 It is not permitted to use an “INI” if no trees, bushes or water are visible.
If you're not entirely sure, it's better to ask in a support ticket. Anyone caught with a hard INI will not stay here any longer!
3.1 It is not permitted to claim obelisks, wyvern caves, terminals, beacons and other public objects as your own, to build towers on them or to make them inaccessible to the public.
3.2 Anyone who builds a small raid base (fob) or places structures while raiding must tear them down again after the raid.
3.3. Building spawns for survivors (new characters) is forbidden and will result in a basewipe; repeated disregard will result in a ban!
3.4 Spamming excessive structures around the base is not welcome as it leads to lag. If it is too exaggerated, a part will have to be removed. In the worst case, a base wipe follows
3.5 Building in inaccessible areas such as the mesh will not be tolerated. If you are caught, you will invariably be permanently banned from UnitedSpeed.
3.6 Anyone who builds an enclosure to tame dinosaurs will tear it down again after taming them. (Unnecessary structures reduce server performance) 3.7 The base entrance must be at least large enough for a turtle to walk through the entrance. Failure to follow this rule will result in the loss of the base. Including dinosaurs & items that are there!
4.1 Dealing with other players is always friendly. Remember that it is still a game and should stay that way. There is a person behind every character.
4.2 Insulting fellow players is not permitted and will be punished very severely.
4.3 Sexist, radical, racist and political statements are not permitted
4.4 Spam in the chat is not welcomed and, depending on the extent, can lead to being excluded from the chat.
4.5 Permanent capitalization IN PUBLIC CHAT is prohibited.
5.1 Loss of items & dinosaurs due to bugs / server restarts / crashes etc. will not be reimbursed without proof videos or pictures.
6.1 Advertising, regardless of its form, is prohibited.
7.1 It is not permitted to form unofficial alliances in order to give another party a joint attack.
7.2 If you have joined another tribe, you are not entitled to any items or dinosaurs if you leave, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
7.3 Anyone who invites another player to their tribe is not allowed to simply kick them out of the tribe.
7.4 Anyone who joins a tribe to destroy it (insider) will be permanently banned from the UnitedSpeed community.
7.5 Each tribe founder is responsible for who he invites to the tribe.
If it happens that you have been looted, there is no right to an administrative refund.
8.1 Admins also have the right to own a base on each map.
8.2 An admin will never attack you; attacking an admin base is not permitted. You can recognize them by the name “UnitedSpeedTeam” or similar names. Admin bases are mainly used for testing purposes. Anyone who attacks an admin base and loses animals or items will NOT get them back.
9.1 It is allowed to trade with players from another tribe.
Care should be taken to ensure that a trade is in balance.
The value must be approximately the same.
9.3 Giving away items and/or dinosaurs is not permitted.
9.4 It is not permitted to accept a trade in order to defraud the trader.
(Cheating is not allowed and will be punished with a community ban!)
9.5 Basic spaces may not be claimed in order to sell them!
9.6 Only dinosaurs and items (blueprints/saddles/weapons) may be traded.
10.1 It is not allowed to set the dinosaurs to be aggressive.
10.2 Placing dinosaurs on public buildings such as obelisks, terminals, etc. is not permitted.
10.3 Activating the dinosaur link is only possible if you are online yourself.
10.4 Give your dinosaurs a nice and, above all, sufficiently large enclosure.
1 m length = 7.5 square foundations
At least 1 feeding trough
At least 1 water trough
5 trees
A small lake
A bar of soap so you can wash yourself.
For large dinosaurs, help with washing is essential.
When night falls, take the animals into their enclosure to protect them from the hungry Giganotosaurus
Point 10.4 is a joke and should not be taken seriously. 😁
11.1 – It is forbidden to send friend requests to the UnitedSpeed administrators.
11.2 - It is forbidden to ping admins, e.g. @Administrator. We're just people with other things to do. If you have any questions, open a ticket and wait for our response.
11.3 - Everyone on the Ark Discord must read, understand, and then accept the rules in order to receive the player role.
11.4 - Anyone who has not accepted the rules is not entitled to any kind of support.
11.5 – Anyone who opens a ticket in Discord must follow the instructions there.
11.6 - To help you, we need the following information: - Your SteamID - Your TribeID - The server you are playing on. We need these 3 pieces of information when you open a ticket.
11.7 - Anyone who wants to report a violation of the rules bears the burden of proof. (For example, if you want to report a meshbase, please take screenshots and send them to us via the ticket system.) Without evidence, we won't do anything about it!
12.1 During a raid, a maximum of 5 dinosaurs per tribe may be used for active soaking.
This is to prevent the player from simply throwing 50 dinosaurs into a wall and thus overloading the server.
12.2 Anyone who starts a raid on another tribe needs a fob. A fob consists of at least 32 turrets.
12.3 Anyone who catches another tribe raiding is not allowed to interfere.
